In the constellation of Scorpius lies the Blue Horsehead nebula. This ghostly apparition is a reflection nebula that is illuminated by the blue light of the star Jabbah (Nu Scorpii).
Can't believe this is my first astro photo for this year, but I'm hoping to do some more soon (weather permitting). This image was taken over two nights through my new Askar FRA400 (its first light) and consists of three frames stitched together to form this one image.
Skills are getting pretty rusty - last panel was just a smidge out of focus.
