One can't mistake the galaxy Centaurus A. Its unique structure have made it a common astrophotography and scientific target - (well, atleast for southern hemisphere astrophotographers).
This broadband plus Ha / OIII narrowband image was taken under the dark skies near Eurardy, Western Australia with an integration time of around 7hrs 20min over two nights.
