Astro 2017 - IMG_7255

SKU:
"Falling from Heaven"

This image spans the core of our Milkyway galaxy down to the Rho Ophiuchi / Antares cloud complex which appears like a multi starred comet trailing smoke as it seemingly falls from the bright center . This region of the night sky is a favourite of many astrophotographers (and me) due to its bright and dynamic features and wonderful colours that can be captured relatively easily with the right equipment.
This image is a stitched panel of 3 taken with a modified Canon EOS6D.

Enjoy, Will.
